Templating your worktops
Templating is a procedure that is required to make your kitchen worktops a perfect fit. Once your base carcasses are installed in their final position, we then make an exact replica of your worktops using a plastic corrugated material.
We advise all customers to have kitchens templated. As a reputable company we would not manufacture your kitchen worktops unless we have done so.
The reasons why it’s so important to template is that no walls run level, sink and hob positions need to be exact and you can visually see any shapes and curves.
How your stone is manufactured
This is so important to ensure the quality of the worktops is of the highest standard. As its eye level you are always drawn to the area, if the workmanship is not of the highest standard then it will stand out dramatically.
Reputable companies spend large sums of money on machinery to ensure the quality of which you as our customer and stone deserve. Hand held tools cannot give the standard and accuracy that a machine can. Asking the questions on how your worktops are made is useful advice. Amaris are fully automated and have a factory to do so.
